Mandy

Mandy has been a dedicated yoga instructor since 2017, beginning her journey with Vinyasa Yoga. Since then, she has broadened her expertise by training in diverse styles such as Yin Yoga and Katonah Yoga. Her path into holistic practices started in 2011 with classical massage, leading her to delve into Thai Massage in 2018 under the guidance of renowned teachers like Krishnatakis, Senior Teacher of the Sunshine Network, and David Lutt, co-founder of Osteothai.

Mandy is deeply passionate about mindfulness, inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, which she studied with Georg Lolos. For Mandy, mindfulness is not just a practice but a way of life — a form of meditation integrated into everyday living. It is a tool to cultivate freedom, lightness, and clarity in decision-making.

At the heart of Mandy’s approach is the belief that yoga connects everything, serving as a profound and mindful life practice.

Ana

Ana is a yoga/meditation teacher and mindfulness coach in Cologne. Her work has grown out of her own experience with mental health challenges and is characterized by a deep understanding of the importance of safety, compassion, and self-care.

In her coaching, Ana combines mindfulness-based and body-oriented methods designed to gently support the nervous system and restore inner stability. These include yoga/meditation, gentle bodywork, and practical stress management techniques.

Ana places great value on a safe and supportive space where nothing needs to be achieved or “done right.” A space where people can feel seen and understood—without pressure, performance expectations, and at their own pace.

Her guidance can help you strengthen your connection to your body, build inner stability, and gradually experience more peace, trust, and self-efficacy—mindfully, resourcefully, and with compassion and humor.

Mirjam

Touching and being touched is something magical.
No encounter without touch—and no touch without encounter.

From the very beginning, yoga has been a way to feel for Mirjam: to perceive herself, her breath, her body, the earth. Heaviness and lightness, tension and pain, but also flow, strength, energy, and joy. Listening inwardly. Allowing herself to be with what is there in the moment. For Mirjam, this quality of presence also flows into sound and voice. She loves playing the harmonium and singing – as gentle accompaniment, as a way of opening up space, as an invitation to sink even deeper into feeling and being.

Her training has taken her from Vinyasa Yoga (500+ hours at Lord Vishnu’s Couch), Fascia Yoga (Beate Meyer), trauma-sensitive yoga (citizen2be) to therapeutic Yin Yoga (100+ hours with Markus Henning Giess). She has been teaching yoga regularly since 2022, always with a special focus on hands-on assists and mindful touch. She uses her “magic hands” with heart, presence, and dedication —as an invitation to deep relaxation, connection, and coming home to your own body.
